What is sheet metal processing?

It is working on the metal (Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass) sheet/board/plate.

Steps on inquiry:

1．Discuss

There are dozens of ways in metal processing. To meet client’s demands, we need to discuss every details on specific case and listen carefully to clients’ opinions.

2．Develop blueprint
Please offer us design blueprint in CAD file if you have 。

If no, we will make CAD drawing and convert to PDF. After confirmation, we will make NC drawings for processing

3．Processing
 

Laser cutting machine

Numerical control press

Open mesh and foaming are based on NC drawings,

Machines are Laser cutting machine, numerical control press, punching machine etc.

The machine equipments are determined by the quantity, thickness and size of metal sheets.

4．Pretreatment（deburring etc）
machine-working taps, deburring and make it smooth etc.

5．Bending

Numerically controlled benders

（Usually NC benders are used for bending. Furthmore, bending mould would be used on the condition of large quantity, small size of metal.） 

6．Welding

7．Surfacing, painting, coating

For anticorrosion and beautiful looking, products need to be surfacing and painting.

For those who requires highly anticorrosion, it would be electrophoretic painted on the base and then painted again.

For stainless steel, it needs metal grinding or acid treatment on welding parts.
