1．Discuss
There are dozens of ways in metal processing. To meet client’s demands, we need to discuss every details on specific case and listen carefully to clients’ opinions.
2．Develop blueprint and confirm the sample.
Please offer us design blueprint in CAD file if you have 。
If no, we will make CAD drawing and convert to PDF. After confirmation, we will make NC drawings for processing
3．Sheet metal Processing:
pretrement: machine-working taps, deburring and make it smooth etc
Bending, punching, wielding, Surfacing, painting, coating, Assembling,inspecting and packaging.
About Terms
4) How about payment terms?
Normally, we accept T/T advanced. For amount larger than USD50000, 50% perpaid, and the rest before shipment.
5) Can the clients point the shipper?
Yes, they can. However, before clients pointed the shipper, please make sure familiar with them and their ability. Please be mentioned, if our company arranges the shipment, like one-stop purchase, maybe easy for the clients. Anyway, it is up to the clients.
